The target market …
She is 25 to 39. It’s not about aspiring to have a supermodel’s body, flat stomach or toned legs. She embraces her curves and imperfections. It’s not about being the best but making the best of what you have. Bad hair no longer defines her day and fashion no longer dictates her life. It’s about having a healthy and positive attitude.
She likes to be empowered with information that allows her to live a life that is enriched by a healthy eating regime, a moderate exercise plan and enjoys a work/life balance. She enjoys exercising and it is a welcome escape but she is not fanatical and doesn’t obsess over it.
She exercises freedom of choice. The choice to be single, to be a working mother or a stay at home parent. She has the confidence to understand that not realising her childhood dreams does not make her a failure. She can still dream. There is still time.
She is no longer burdened by her peers or the opinions of others. She voices her opinion when necessary and stands up to the mistreatment of others. She is socially responsible and knows the difference between right and wrong.
She exercises the right to choose. She exercises or chooses not to. She doesn’t feel guilty about it. It is her life. Her choice.
